Tablets
Uncoated, film-coated, enteric, sustained-release, dispersible and bilayer tablets. Two Saral granulation lines, Karnavati presses, Gansons auto-coater. 334 formulations on the product list.

Powder, pellet and combination fills on an ACG AF90T automatic line with a Captech line beside it. 69 formulations on the product list.
Oral liquids
Syrups, suspensions, solutions and drops in HDPE, PET and glass, from an NPM 3 kL plant and 6-head filling line. 85 formulations on the product list.
Creams, ointments and gels
Creams, ointments, gels and lotions in laminate and aluminium tubes, from an NPM plant and Pacmac tube filler. 108 formulations on the product list.

Formulations on the manufacturing licence and products on the current list
Any approved formulation can be made under your brand. A product on your list that is not yet on the licence is applied for with FDA Haryana against your order, with stability studies started for it; the 45 to 60 day lead time for that product runs from artwork finalisation once the endorsement is in hand. The plant has no beta-lactam or cephalosporin section. A product that needs formulation development before it can be filed runs through CDMO services; for the same range in export markets, the manufacturer’s documents for the importer’s registration file are on the Exports pages.

Is this different from third party manufacturing?
It is third party manufacturing for a company with a range of generic brands and a monthly schedule rather than a single product. The same licences, quality unit and documents apply; the proposal covers the whole product list, with capacity confirmed per section.
Can you manufacture our whole range?
Any formulation among the 750-plus approved on the manufacturing licence, across tablets, capsules, oral liquids and external preparations. A product not yet on the licence is applied for with FDA Haryana against your order. The plant has no beta-lactam or cephalosporin section.
Under whose licence are the products made?
Under Vibcare Healthcare’s manufacturing licences, with “Manufactured by Vibcare Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.” and the licence number on the pack and your company on the marketed-by panel. A loan licence, where the licence stands in your own name at our plant, is a separate arrangement; tell us at enquiry if that is what you hold or want.
What is the minimum per product?
One batch. The batch size for each product and section is stated in the proposal, so you can see the quantity each brand commits you to before you place the order.
What do we need on our side?
A wholesale drug licence (Form 20B and 21B) from your state drug controller, a GST registration, and trademark applications for your brand names. Before printing, each brand name is checked for similarity with existing names as Rule 96 of the Drugs Rules requires.
Who fixes the MRP?
You do. For formulations under the National List of Essential Medicines the MRP is checked against the NPPA ceiling before printing; for other formulations it is printed as you specify.
Can our quality team audit the plant before the first order?
Yes, by appointment. The plant is at Khasra 6/2/2, Kot Road, Village Dabkori, Panchkula, Haryana 134103, about 30 minutes from Chandigarh airport. The Site Master File goes to your vendor qualification desk; licences, certificates and validation files are reviewed at the plant; observations are answered in writing; the quality agreement is signed after order confirmation.
Can you dispatch to our depots in different states?
Yes. One order can be dispatched to your depots in different states, by the transporter you nominate or ours, with freight to your account and a certificate of analysis for each batch.
What arrives with each batch?
A certificate of analysis against the written specification with every batch; stability data on request; copies of the WHO-GMP, GMP, GLP and ISO certificates and manufacturing licences for your vendor file; artwork proofs before printing.
