Pharmaceutical Manufacturer in India for Nepali Importers
Your brand, made at our own WHO-GMP plant in Panchkula, with the DDA registration held in your name. Written rate per pack against your product list.
Imports make up 54.5 per cent of Nepal’s pharmaceutical market, and India supplied about 55 per cent of Nepal’s pharmaceutical imports in 2022, according to the Kathmandu Post. The importers who do well are the ones whose Indian source answers DDA’s questions, stands up to a site inspection and ships the same quality on the tenth order as on the first. That is the job we do.
- Made at our WHO-GMP plant in Panchkula, India. Tablets, capsules, oral liquids and creams under your brand, with the documents DDA asks for issued by the plant that makes them. Your questions on any batch are answered by the people who made it.
- Artwork and foil printed in-house. Your blister foil and cartons are printed on our own rotogravure unit, so a DDA label change or a re-order never waits on a converter.
- One container, your whole range. Tablets, capsules, oral liquids and creams from one gate, with 39 products already approved for export to USP and BP monographs.

Questions Nepali importers ask
Before you send a requirement
Who applies to DDA, you or us?
You do. The foreign manufacturer is first registered as a company with the DDA, then each product is registered through a Nepali drug wholesale firm registered with the DDA and holding the manufacturer’s letter of authority. We give you a notarised power of attorney, every manufacturer’s document on DDA’s checklist, samples for laboratory analysis where required, and answers to assessor queries from the site.
Will DDA inspect your plant?
Regulators may inspect foreign manufacturing sites as part of registration. Ours is a WHO-GMP certified plant commissioned in 2023, with GLP laboratories on site, and it is open to DDA and to you by appointment.
How long until my product is registered and shipped?
The assessment timeline is DDA’s to set and varies by product. Road freight from Panchkula through the Raxaul–Birgunj border and the Sirsiya inland clearance depot. The manufacturing lead time for your first consignment comes with the proposal, in writing.
Which language do you print the packs in?
English and Nepali, to the artwork you approve, with blister and strip foil printed inside our plant. Dossier documents are supplied in the format DDA uses: DDA national schedule format, in English., to the artwork you approve, with blister and strip foil printed inside our plant.
What is the minimum order?
It follows the batch size of each product. Because tablets, capsules, oral liquids and creams come from one site, a first consignment is usually consolidated across products rather than filled with one.
Which products can you supply straight away?
39 products already approved for export to USP and BP monographs, across anti-infectives, cardiovascular, gastro-intestinal, pain and anti-allergic classes. Anything else on our 750-plus approved formulations is added to the export list against your order, with stability run in our own chambers at the condition Nepal requires.
