What this means for your pack

Your pack is on the list

We run it on the change part we already have. Your product goes into the schedule with the rate and the delivery time in writing.

Your pack is close to one

Send the tablet or capsule size and the pack size. We name the nearest change part we have and tell you what changes if you move your pack to it.

Your pack needs a new one

We make it against your approved artwork and pack specification, and quote what it costs and how it affects the delivery time in writing.

Minimum order

One batch per product. We confirm the batch size for your pack along with the rate when we quote.

What the change part covers

The blister, strip or bottle format. Cartons, shippers, inserts and artwork are quoted separately against your approved design.

What this list covers

General tablets and hard-gelatin capsules. Oral liquid and tube formats have their own change parts, and we send that list on request.

Questions buyers ask before the first order

Do I pay for a change part if my pack already runs here

If your pack runs on a change part we already have, we use that change part for your product. Anything we have to make new is quoted in writing with your proposal, before you commit to the order.

My tablet size is not on the list. What happens

Send the tablet size, the weight and the pack size you want to sell. We will name the nearest change part we have, and if we need to make a new one, what it costs and how it affects the delivery time.

Can I change the pack size later

Yes, against a fresh artwork approval. If the new pack size is on this list, we schedule your product on that change part.

Do you print the foil and the cartons for these formats

Blister and strip foil is printed inside the plant on our own 4-colour rotogravure unit. Cartons and shippers are printed to your approved artwork.

Which products can run on these change parts

General tablets and hard-gelatin capsules on our manufacturing licence. The catalogues are on the tablet manufacturing and capsule manufacturing pages.

Can these formats be used for export orders

Yes. The same change parts run for export orders, and the pack format goes into the registration dossier your importer files. The countries we already supply are listed on the exports pages.

Is a change part made for my pack used for anyone else

Ask us to record the position in the quality agreement that is signed after the order is confirmed, and it will be answered there in writing.
