Home›Third Party Manufacturing›Institutional Supply
Vibcare Healthcare supplies institutional requirements from its own WHO-GMP certified plant at Dabkori, Panchkula: four sections with installed capacity of 1.1 billion tablets, 950 million capsules, 30 million bottles and 40 million tubes a year, 750-plus approved formulations, GLP certified laboratories on site, and a certificate of analysis with every batch. Bidders and distributors receive a manufacturer’s authorisation for the tender they are quoting.
- Documents against your tender’s list. WHO-GMP site certificate, manufacturing licences, product permissions, GMP and GLP certificates, certificate of analysis per batch, stability data and a capacity statement, in the order the tender schedule asks for them.
- Pharmacopoeial products. IP, BP and USP standards as the schedule specifies, in plain institutional packs or your brand, with 39 products already approved to USP and BP monographs.
- Manufacturer’s authorisation for bidders. A manufacturer’s authorisation form in the tender’s format for the distributor or company quoting on our behalf, and the plant open for the purchaser’s inspection.

Documents for a tender file
What comes from Dabkori, in the order a tender schedule asks for it
The kit is one PDF: a summary of licences, certificates, capacity, products and lead time, followed by the four certificate copies with signatures blurred. Originals are produced for verification against a specific tender.
Products for institutional supply
Pharmacopoeial products by class; IP, BP or USP as the schedule specifies
These 39 products are already approved to USP and BP monographs. Any other item from the 750-plus approved formulations is quoted against the tender schedule; a product not yet on the licence is applied for with FDA Haryana against the requirement.

Questions procurement desks ask
Answered from the plant
Do you supply under the pharmacopoeial name rather than a brand?
Yes. Institutional packs carry the pharmacopoeial name and strength, the manufacturer’s name, address and licence number, batch and expiry, and the purchaser’s overprint as the tender conditions specify. A brand name is printed only where the purchaser asks for one.
Can you quote against a tender schedule?
Yes. Send the schedule with quantities and delivery dates and you receive a written proposal with rate per pack, batch size, pack format, the capacity committed to the schedule, payment terms and lead time.
Do you give a manufacturer’s authorisation to a bidder?
Yes, in the tender’s own format, for the products and the tender named in it, signed and stamped at the plant, together with the manufacturer’s document set the bidder needs to attach.
What is the minimum lot?
One batch per product. The batch size for each product and section is stated in the proposal.
Are prices within the DPCO ceiling?
For formulations under the National List of Essential Medicines, the quoted price stays within the ceiling notified by the NPPA. For other formulations the price is quoted against the schedule.
Can the purchaser inspect the plant?
Yes, by appointment. The plant is at Khasra 6/2/2, Kot Road, Village Dabkori, Panchkula, Haryana 134103, about 30 minutes from Chandigarh airport.
How long does supply take?
45 to 60 days from the day the artwork or overprint is finalised for the first consignment, and then per the delivery schedule. For a product not yet on our licence, the FDA Haryana endorsement comes first.
