Vibcare Healthcare manufactures for pharma marketing companies, brand owners, institutional suppliers and exporters from one plant at Dabkori, Panchkula: four sections with installed capacity of 1.1 billion tablets, 950 million capsules, 30 million bottles and 40 million tubes a year, 750-plus approved formulations, and a WHO-GMP site certificate from FDA Haryana issued in October 2024. Plant, licences and quality unit are all Vibcare Healthcare’s own.

- Artwork, foil and cartons printed in-house. Blister and strip foil is printed on our own 4-colour rotogravure unit; cartons are printed to your artwork.

Tablet manufacturing
Uncoated, film-coated, enteric, sustained-release, dispersible and bilayer tablets. Two Saral granulation lines, 27- and 37-station Karnavati presses, 48-inch Gansons auto-coater. Blister, alu-alu and strip packing. 334 formulations on the product list.
Capsule manufacturing
Powder, pellet and pellet-plus-powder fills, enteric PPI and sustained-release pellets, on an ACG AF90T automatic line with a Captech semi-automatic line beside it. 69 formulations on the product list.
Oral liquid manufacturing
Syrups, suspensions, solutions and oral drops in HDPE, PET and glass, from an NPM 3 kL manufacturing plant and 6-head filling line. 85 formulations on the product list.
Ointments, creams and gels
Creams, ointments, gels, lotions and topical solutions in laminate and aluminium tubes, from an NPM manufacturing plant and Pacmac tube filler. 108 formulations on the product list.

Any approved formulation can be made under your brand. A product not yet on the licence is applied for with FDA Haryana against your order, and stability studies are started for it; the 45 to 60 day lead time runs from artwork finalisation once the licence endorsement is in hand.

What is a third party pharma manufacturer?
A licensed manufacturer that makes medicines under your brand name, to an approved formulation, at its own plant and under its own manufacturing licence. You own the brand and the market; the manufacturer owns the plant, the licence and the quality system.
Third party manufacturing or loan licence: which is this?
Third party manufacturing: your products are made under Vibcare Healthcare’s manufacturing licences, and the pack carries “Manufactured by Vibcare Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.” with the licence number and “Marketed by” your company. A loan licence, where the licence stands in your own name at our plant, is a separate arrangement; tell us at enquiry if that is what you hold or want.
Do I need my own drug licence?
Manufacturing runs under our licences. To buy and sell the finished products you need a wholesale drug licence (Form 20B and 21B) from your state drug controller and a GST registration; for your own brand names, a trademark application. Before any pack is printed we run the brand-name similarity check required under Rule 96 of the Drugs Rules. Tell us what you hold when you send the enquiry.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One batch per product. The batch size for each section and product is stated in the proposal.
How long does manufacturing take?
45 to 60 days from the day your artwork is finalised, covering manufacturing, quality control release and dispatch. For a product not yet on our licence, the FDA Haryana endorsement comes first.
What documents do I get with each batch?
A certificate of analysis against the written specification with every batch; stability data on request; copies of the WHO-GMP, GMP, GLP and ISO certificates and manufacturing licences for your file; artwork proofs before printing.
Do you register products in export markets?
No. Product registration abroad is held by the importer or its local agent. We supply the manufacturer’s part of the file, samples for laboratory analysis, answers to assessor queries, and host the regulator’s site inspection at the plant. The certification we hold is WHO-GMP and the Indian licences; see the country pages under Exports for each regulator’s route.
Can I visit the plant before ordering?
Yes, by appointment. The plant is at Khasra 6/2/2, Kot Road, Village Dabkori, Panchkula, Haryana 134103, about 30 minutes from Chandigarh airport.
