Where you would be working
The plant at Dabkori, twenty minutes from Panchkula
Vibcare Healthcare runs a WHO-GMP certified plant across five acres at Dabkori, with about 150 people in production, quality control, quality assurance, packing, stores and engineering. The four sections are tablet, capsule, oral liquid and external preparations. Company pick and drop runs to and from Mattanwala, Kot, Mattewali, Haryana 134118.

Walking in
Call or write first so HR can give you a time
The plant takes walk-in candidates, but call or write first — otherwise you may find the person you need to meet is out. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Bring a printed CV, a photo ID and your last qualification certificate. Plant roles are interviewed at Dabkori, sales roles at the Panchkula office.

Before you send your CV
Do you take freshers?
All current openings ask for the experience written against each role. Freshers can still send a CV with the role they want; it goes to the department head for future openings.
What should I send with my CV?
The role you want, your total experience in years, your current location, and your notice period if you are working. That is enough to start.
What are the working days and hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, at the Dabkori plant for plant roles and at the Panchkula office for sales roles.
Is the interview online or in person?
The first HR conversation is on the phone. The department round is in person at the Dabkori plant, or at the Panchkula office for sales roles.
Where is the Sales Executive role based?
At the Panchkula office in Sector 22. The role is business development for third-party contract manufacturing, CDMO and export clients, with buyer meetings at trade fairs such as CPHI India and PharmmaEx.
What documents do I bring to the interview?
A printed CV, a photo ID, and your highest qualification certificate. Experienced candidates should also carry the last salary slip and relieving letter if they have one.
